Electronics Technician, Certificate
The Electronics Technician Certificate program provides students with the skills required to analyze and repair electronic circuits in the manufacturing environment, including evaluating the root cause of component failure to avoid unnecessary equipment down time and repeated failures. This certificate can be achieved as part of the work towards the Electrical Engineering Technology, A.A.S. program.
Program Outcomes:
- Students will demonstrate ability to design circuits, systems, components, and foundational engineering processes.
- Students will be able to conduct standard measurements to analyze and interpret lab activities.
- Students will demonstrate knowledge of the fundamentals of electronics technology.
- Students will be able to use appropriate technical literature, effective communication, and teamwork to solve technical engineering problems.
