INT-121 Facility Codes and Compliance

The construction, health and environmental codes that apply to residential, commercial and municipal facilities will be examined. Students will develop a working knowledge of model codes, permits, and procedures to follow. The scope includes regulatory documents of city, county, state, and federal governments and authorities.
