MGT-219 Intro to Social Media Marketing Strategy

In this course, students will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively use social media for marketing businesses and personal brands. Students will learn to engage consumers through interactive and relevant conversations as part of a dynamic marketing strategy. Students will explore various tactics and platforms, focusing on digital channels to connect with customers and businesses. Key topics include selecting platforms, creating engaging content, content management, social listening, and developing a social media plan.
