MUS-175 Introduction to Music Technology

This course introduces students to the digital audio workstation software (DAW) and associated hardware tools for music production. Topics covered include the basics of sound, digital audio, DAW signal flow, MIDI sequencing, waveform synthesis, virtual instruments, and mixing/mastering techniques.
