MLT-204 Mycology, Parasitology & Virology

This course studies the basic theory and clinical procedures used to isolate and identify infectious diseases caused by fungi, parasites, and viruses. Topics include specimen collection, taxonomy, epidemiology, laboratory identification, and treatment of these organisms and their pathologies.

Acceptance into the Medical Laboratory Technology program; AND take BIO-205 and MLT-112.

Corequisite
