World Languages Concentration, Arts and Sciences, A.A.

The World Languages Concentration program is designed for those students who are planning to transfer to a four-year degree program with a major in world language/s or related fields. Students interested in pursuing World Languages Education should consult with a transfer advisor regarding their choice of elective courses.

Program Outcomes:

  1. Students demonstrate the ability to engage in conversations, provide and obtain information, express feelings and emotions, and exchange opinions.
  2. Students understand and interpret written and spoken language on a variety of topics.
  3. Students present information, concepts, and ideas to an audience of listeners and readers on a variety of topics.
  4. Students identify and discuss cultural artifacts in the target language.
